At the heart of our organisation is the Working Group, dedicated individuals who form our committee, who are active in local and national forums related to refugee resettlement and long term community development in New Zealand, inter-community group meetings to identify and reflect key settlement issues and address to appropriate local agencies, community consultation, work in an advisory role towards NGO and government agencies and organisation on best practice for service provision towards refugee communities, and monitor outcomes for refugee communities and advocate for the improvement of services provided to refugee communities within the region.
